New 2006 Vulcans: a 900, and Classic version of the 2000
Kawasaki announces a new Vulcan 900 Classic, and a Classic LT version, with windshield, leather saddlebags, a passenger backrest, and a studded saddle. Kawasaki also announced a new Classic version of the 2053cc Vulcan 2000. Also available as an LT.

Rick "Wolfman" Jakubas R.I.P.
Sad news...I just learned that the founder and administrator of the Vulcan Riders & Owners Club (VROC), Rick Jakubas aka "Wolfman", has passed away. He died Aug 19th on the Blue Ridge Parkway, he was 56.

Kawasaki anounces touring edition of the vulcan 2000
In 2004, Kawasaki introduced the largest displacement V-Twin in the world. It shocked, it sold, it brought Kawasaki where it wanted to be, on the top. With a Bigger is better attitude, they stepped up to the Harley-Davidson and cruiser market with a force.
